clean, excellent value hotel, the location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice adjacent to pubs including “ the drunken leprechaun ” hooters, hard rock cafe and smaller thai and other specialty restaurants and cafes and well as night life. a nice size room with coffee, an extra baby cot inside plus good amenities as expected. easy check-in, late check-out. rooftop bar and clean pool.

I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and professional staff at the Swissotel. From check-in to breakfast, the team made me feel at home. Karen and Zara at reception were especially helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location was ideal. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Patong. I had a great experience at the Swissotel.

Location, all the staff including front desk clea nliness prompt service quick check innand out. Large rooms...very good bathroom...pool...and suncken seating at pool bbar....resonsbily priced room service and room mini bar.this hotels gets 5 ++ STARS. in all respects.

Great Hotel, Fantastic Location being just across from the best markets and only few minutes to the beach. Breakfast was brilliant.

No view even from outside 4th floor room so probably best to ask for room overlooking pool. 7th floor pool is nice but can't see view while sitting. Really need bar stools along wall so you can admire view and have a drink. Definitely need a bit of greenery up there too as very concrete.

The pool was very clean and I had tasty drinks in the rooftop bar. Early check-in was a bonus. - Its location not very far from the tattoo studios was marvelous and lovely. - It was located in a fairly nice area just off the beach, shopping, food, and entertainment, the OTOP markets.

The location and the entry way, but it stops there the rooms are dressed up but there is a mody smell aobut the place and the beds are rock hard.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay for an extra night because my ship had to leave a day early and they made me pay for that night. It was not my fault I am in the us military and I have no control if I can stay or not but I still got charged for the last night. The hotel would not discount the day for me. Its obsurd that this has happend

We were a group of 16. At the time of checkin on informing at the reception that we were here to celebrate the 50th Birthday of the host, they upgraded the host...a nice gesture which is highly appreciated. About the hotel in brief............2 minutes walking distance from the beach, walking distance to the nightlife area, beach side, restaurants, market, etc... one can blindly book it.....

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the city. The rooms are clean and modern, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the rooftop view is breathtaking and a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.

The hotel lacks in customer service. There weren't enough staff to help with luggage upon arrival, and the check-in process was slow.

The hotel was very stylish and great location, very modern too. Had a modern tv and DVD player too unlike other hotels there.

The room must have been smoked in previously as there was a lingering smell of it plus our bath towels smelled sooo bad of cigarettes. If we were there longer we would have spoken to management about it.

The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of action and near the beach. The room transfer was granted, providing me with a quieter space facing the pool. The spa treatment was excellent and the staff was great. The breakfast spread was good, with a special mention of the kadak Masala chai. The hotel staff went above and beyond to support a special occasion.

Can't fault the property in any way.

We have stayed there a number of times under the previous management however the current management does need to invest a little money on the decor which is becoming a little aged. Other than that the staff are exemplary, helpful, polite, chatty, informative and could not do enough for us during our stay.

It needs some cosmetic surgery done, not much but just to liven it up a bit.

The breakfast had a decent variety to suit different needs and tastes. the hotel was located within walking distance of multiple malls and shops. the staff at the poolside bar served drinks promptly with a smile.

The service at the reception was appallingly slow and barely attentive. It took a lot of effort to get through to the housekeeping or reception using the phone, which was very frustrating.

Good hotel suitable for small families. You can feel the 5 star rank yet it is a 4. and value for money . located almost in the center of patong beach. Reaching the front and back main roads of patong beach and night life. I have extended my stay 2 times durinng my stay there I wasnt entending to. But it full fill my needs.

Not directly on the beach. Pool view is the best view you can get.
